Go to our Elvanto Login Page, click ‘Forgot Password?’, enter the email address connected to your Elvanto account. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Click here to email the church office, to request that your login information be resent to you.
Roster

When an email or text comes through, asking if you’re available to serve in your volunteer role on particular Sundays, you have the option to ‘confirm’ that you can serve that day, or ‘decline’ if you’re unavailable. To do this, click on the heading in the email (or link in the SMS), and click the relevant ‘confirm’ or ‘decline’ button.
*Note: when you click ‘decline’, it will bring up a box asking you to provide a reason for declining… however this is just a default setting in the software that we’re not able to change. You’re welcome to let us know why, but there’s no expectation to, so feel free to just put a dash, or write us your best joke.

This often results from the admin access permissions not being sufficient to view the service or other items you might be needing to look up. Click here to email the church office, so that we can update your access permissions to match the needs of your volunteer role.
